科里奥利质量流量计灵敏度的理论分析

THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE SENSITIVITY OF A CORIOLIS MASS FLOW METER

摘要: 文章作者出于简化推导目的，特为U形管结构的科里奥利质量流量计提出了一个等质量的Π形管模型，并运用科里奥利力的原理对该模型所产生的陀螺运动（振动中摆动）进行图解，结合悬臂梁的弹性形变理论最终得到了关键参数和灵敏度的定量计算公式，其结果获得了国内外同类产品的实例测试验证.

Abstract: A "Π"shape pipe model which has the same mass as the "U" shape pipe in the Coriolis mass flow-meter sensor is proposed and analyzed.Using the principle of the Coriolis force to illustratie the gyro motion together with the theory of elastic deformation for a cantilever beam we have derived a computational formula of sensitivity that has been verified by actual experiment.
